Mr. Tsu Ti Liu, Assistant Vice President of TSRC’s Rubber Business Division is a holder of Master’s Degree in Management from Cambridge College, MA, USA.
Mr. Debasish Roy is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 1985.
He is in the whole time employment with Indian Oil Corporation limited since 1987.Prior to that he has worked in an Engineering Industry. Presently he is holding the position of General Manager – Finance in Indian Oil Corporation Limited. He has a wide exposure of over 29 years in the fields of Financial Management, Direct and Indirect Taxes, Project Finance. He has headed finance department of few Refinery units of Indian Oil Corporation Limited and played a pivotal role in the Project Implementation at Panipat Refinery – Naphtha Cracker Project. Presently he is in charge Finance function of Refineries Division of Indian Oil Corporation Limited.
He has attended various seminars and workshops in India and abroad on the subjects of Direct and Indirect Taxes, Fraud Investigation & Prevention, Project Management and Financial Management – Global Perspectives including IFRS, USGAAP.
Mr. Bhatnagar, a graduate in Chemical Engineering from Aligarh Muslim University and an MBA from the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia , has over 25 years of experience in various refineries of Indian Oil and in the Head-quarters. He has extensive work experience in Petroleum Refinery operations, Technical Services, Project Management, Feasibility Reports and basic designs for Petroleum and Petrochemical Projects including implementation and commissioning. He has been a part of the core team at Indian Oil for diversification to Petrochemicals and the setting up of an Aromatics Complex at Panipat.
Mr. Kumud Kumar Sharma, a graduate in Electrical Engineering, PG Diploma holder in Marketing Management and certified SCM Pro (CII), has 34 years plus extensive work experience in various Refineries and Corporate Office of IndianOil.
He has devised outsource model for Petrochemical (PC) business of IndianOil and brought in improvements in CARE I/ CARE II (Customised Systems) for PC business. He was actively associated with marketing functions & despatch facilities for commissioning of Panipat Naphtha Cracker and Paradip Refinery, Smart Terminal at Balasore, City Retail Automation in 4 major cities of Odisha and conceptualisation for RFID implementation for Warehouse automation at Paradip. He has devised Export Logistics (land and sea routes), contributed immensely to Information System (IS) & HSE functions in BD Group.
He was actively associated for IBP Disinvestment and creation of IndianOil overseas subsidiaries at Sri Lanka & Mauritius. He has participated at leadership position for dedication ceremony by Hon'ble Minister for Panipat Naptha Cracker in 2011 and by Hon'ble Prime Minister at Paradip in 2016.
He has been a visiting faculty for organisations of repute e.g. XIMB, IIFT, IMI, KIIT (KSOM), Elite Conference, SV Groups of Colleges, Petrotech Society at National/ International Forums.
Mr. Wang, Wen-Yuan is a veteran in financial fields and has an extensive background in corporate finance, corporate governance, investment banking and venture capital. Prior to joining TSRC, He was the Interim CFO of HTC, a global smart phone and virtual reality brand leader, where he oversaw HTC’s financial strategy, investor relationship and commercial decisions. Prior to that, Wang, Wen-Yuan had more than 15 year experience in direct investment and investment banking. He successfully invested into more than 50 companies across Taiwan, China, Singapore and the USA, and divested with a sound return to investors. Wang, Wen-Yuan started his career as an industry analyst in investment banking field, and had helped more than eight companies from different industries successfully went for IPOs in Taiwan Stock Exchange or raised funding from capital market.
Wang, Wen-Yuan received his MBA from Tunghai University, and hold BS of Industry Engineering from Tunghai University.
Thomas Lin is the director of Corporate Development Department in TSRC with global responsibility for identifying and leading the execution of strategic business development / investments and M&A opportunities for TSRC. He also has the responsibility for the functions of key project management, business processes management, CSR, and investor relations. Prior to joining TSRC, Thomas spent 10+ years at DuPont in Taiwan and USA in roles spanning technical, product development, marketing, strategic planning and business management with strong focus in the photovoltaic industry and application across multiple geographies. Thomas holds a Master’s Degree from Penn State University in Ceramics Materials and a Bachelor’s Degree from National Tsing Hua University in Materials Science. He is also Six Sigma black belt certified.
