Indian Synthetic Rubber Private Limited (ISRPL) – a shining example of international collaboration is a joint venture Company promoted by Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), Trimurti Holding Corporation (THC), BVI (a 100% subsidiary of TSRC Corporation, Taiwan)and Marubeni Corporation, Japan. It leverages on the core competencies of the three multinationals. The equity shareholding pattern of the Company is – Indian Oil Corporation Limited (50%), Trimurti Holding Corporation (30%) and Marubeni Petrochemicals Investment B.V., (MPI) Netherlands, a 100% subsidiary of Marubeni Corporation, Japan (20%).
